you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

to start a return, write to us at yang@nepenty.com with your order number. items should be returned in their original condition. once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

if you stop using your seat — even years on — write to us about the buy-back.
